Romano said: “Badiasil has joined Chelsea, here we are to confirm! Chelsea and Monaco have reached a full agreement, and the transfer fee includes a total variable price of €38m.
“The player will complete his medical on Monday and is signed until 2029.”
The 21-year-old Badiasil is a French left-footed centre-back, having played 16 times for Monaco so far this season and scored 2 goals.
