LThe forms and conditions for granting such aids are established by regulation.
Buyers of these homes benefit from state aid for housing support under the following conditions:
1 – the buyer must be of Moroccan nationality, have not benefited from any advantage granted by the State in the field of housing and not be the owner, at the date of purchase, of a property intended for residential purposes;
2– the sales contract and the definitive sales contract must be signed before a notary;
3 – the final sales contract must indicate the buyer’s commitment to:
– assign the accommodation to his main residence for a period of four (4) years from the date of conclusion of the final purchase contract;
– granting first or second degree mortgages for the benefit of the State to guarantee the repayment of the aid granted, in the event of non-fulfillment of the aforementioned commitment.
The release of the mortgage can be released only after the presentation by the interested party of the documents justifying that the purchased accommodation has been assigned to his main residence for a period of four (4) years. These documents are:
– a request for release;
– copy of the sales contract;
– copy of the national electronic identity card containing the address of the accommodation subject to the loan or administrative certificate indicating the effective duration of the stay;
– copy of the receipts for payment of the municipal tax on services.
