Talented actor Jeremy Renner is back on screen with the exciting third season of “Mayor of Kingstown.”

Paramount+ has released the highly anticipated trailer for this hit series, which shows Renner in a confrontation against a fierce Russian mafia. After a shocking accident that almost cost him his life, the actor returns strongly to a film role.

In that accident, Renner suffered multiple fractures in a snowplow accident at his home in Lake Tahoe. Through social networks, the actor showed his rehabilitation process and is now ready to resume his acting career.

After more than 1 and a half years, Jeremy returns strongly to his role as Mike McClusky in “Mayor of Kingstown.”

“Mayor of Kingstown,” created by Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon, follows the story of the powerful McLusky family in Kingstown, Michigan.

The series addresses issues such as systemic racism, corruption and inequality, showing the family’s attempt to establish order and justice in a place that lacks both due to the prison industry.

In the third season, Kingstown is shaken by a series of explosions that affect both its inhabitants and the new face of the Russian mafia that has settled in the city.

Additionally, a drug war rages inside and outside the prison walls. All of this places enormous pressure on Mike McClusky, who must put an end to the violence and maintain peace between the different factions. However, his task is complicated when a familiar figure from his incarcerated past threatens to undermine his efforts.
