After the Swedish the loss against Spain in Sevilla on Sunday night, it was clear that Sweden will play the playoffs in the World Cup qualifiers. The question is still whether the national team will be seeded in the draw, and thus get the advantage of home ground in the first match and probably easier resistance.
The six best group runners-up will be seeded – after Monday’s results, Sweden is in fifth place.
