Sky presented the new My Sky mobile app for subscription management, but above all to update users on the contents and allow access to the Extras section, dedicated to those who have been Sky customers for at least one year.
A “mosaic” app for Sky customers
The My Sky app welcomes you with the Home page, consisting of a “tile” structure that allows access to all sections of the app. Of course, this is a scrollable page, and adapts to the user’s subscription and the content chosen for him.
Then there is the TV Guide, where you can find information on programs on air and on demand. You can also set reminders for content of interest or start a recording (if you have a My Sky or Sky Q decoder) directly from the device. From here it is also possible to go on Sky.
The section Extra it was instead designed for loyal customers, but also for those who will become so, who can book on Extra and take advantage of its additional services at the end of the subscription year. Among the advantages are the programs visible in preview and those offered by Sky partners.
The section Do it yourself it is self-explanatory and allows the user to add new Sky packages, check offers, view invoices and manage payment settings.
Do not miss the section dedicated toSupport to contact Sky customer service in case of need, via chat or by phone
As it is obvious to think, the app is available for free for iOS (higher than version 12.4) and for Android (from version 5.0 up).
