Here, one thing not to do is to be in a hurry to put the food in cool if they are still hot. In this way, in fact, some problems arise that can put both our health and that of the appliance at risk. And considering the importance of both, it’s good to be very careful.

Beware of food: what not to do to preserve the refrigerator

Refrigerating freshly cooked foods is a practice that is often used but can have negative effects. If on the one hand it slows down bacterial proliferation, on the other it could affect other foods and also on the operation of the appliance. This is above all due to the condensation that would be created, with the possibility of mold formation that in a container and food preserver it is good that there are not. In essence, the need would be to balance the limitation of bacterial formation with that of harmful molds inside our refrigerator.

The solution would be extremely simple. So much so that we often don’t even remember it. An airtight glass container, in fact, would avoid a lot of trouble. A simple and effective strategy, to be taken into serious consideration since placing hot food in the refrigerator is something we often do without paying the right attention. It would be a shame to waste good food for lightness.
