To slow the spread of Covid-19 on French territory, the government announced last Saturday evening the closure of several categories of establishments open to the public.

Here is the list of establishments authorized to maintain their activity, specified by the order of the Ministry of Solidarity and Health published in the official journal on Monday:

• the garages : “Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, vehicles, machinery and equipment – agricultural”; “Trade in automotive equipment”; “Trade and repair of motorcycles and cycles”
• the supplies needed by farms
• the food stores : “Retail sale of frozen products”; “General food trade”; “Convenience stores”; “Supermarkets”; “Multi-store stores”; “Hypermarkets”; “Retail sale of fruit and vegetables in specialized stores”; “Retail sale of meat and meat products in specialized stores”; “Retail sale of fish, crustaceans and molluscs in specialized stores”; “Retail sale of bread, pastry and confectionery in specialized stores”; “Retail sale of beverages in specialized stores”; “Other food retail trade in specialized stores”
• the food distributions provided by charities
• the stations essence (“Retail sale of fuels in specialized stores”)
