From August 1, any holidaymaker returning to Belgium must imperatively complete a report form available on the SPF Public Health website.
The form is available in 4 languages, French, Dutch, German and English. This form must be completed by all persons going to Belgium by plane or by boat, and all other persons going to Belgium, unless they stay less than 48 hours in Belgium or if they return there after a stay abroad of less than 48 hours.
If any of the information you provide on this form changes within the next 14 days, you are required to resubmit another form.
If you do not have a cell phone number, you must complete the document and keep a printed copy with you.
