A woman with the initials KY (44) who was abused by her husband, TM (43), in Kademangan village, Setu district, South Tangerang (Tangsel), underwent a medical examination in the hospital. The victim’s conditions were good and there were no worrying conditions.
Cisauk Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Ipda Margana said health checks were carried out on the victim and her two children. The medical examination itself took place at the Tangsel Regional General Hospital (RSUD). The victim was allowed to go home.
“First we just got out of the hospital. We asked for an examination, we were afraid there were things of concern. However, after being examined by the hospital, there was nothing of concern, so they just gave us medicines and allowed us to go home,” Margana said when contacted on Thursday (17/11/2022).
“So we brought all three. Either the mother or the victim, and the two children,” he added.
Margana said the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) Tangsel tomorrow (Friday 11/18) he will conduct an examination of the mental condition of the victim. Furthermore, Margana said, the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) is also overseeing this case.
“Tomorrow the psychologist of P2TP2A will conduct a psychological examination of the victim and his two children. Then by the PPPA Ministry, he will also give appreciation and he support“For this case, we want to supervise it through to its conclusion,” he concluded.
Previously reported violence by a husband with the initials TM (43) against his wife KY (44), has gone viral on social media. The author’s actions were recorded by his son.
“Yes, his son (he recorded the video) earlier,” Cisauk Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Ipda Margana said when contacted on Wednesday (16/11).
Margana said the perpetrator repeatedly abused the victim. However, it was only during this incident that the victim reported it to the police.
The attacker has now been arrested by the police. Margana said the perpetrator committed several acts of violence against the victim. The victim also suffered several injuries to the body.
“The perpetrator was arrested on Sunday 13th, 11.00pm WIB, at his residence. The time of the incident was Friday, November 11th, 2022, 6.30pm WIB,” Margana said when contacted on Wednesday (16/11) .
As a result of the assault, the victim sustained bruises to her mouth, rear right ear, left cheek and neck. So far the perpetrator is still under investigation by the police. The offender was threatened with being subject to Article 351 of the Criminal Code regarding persecution.
