Tuesday seems to be another good choice for those who prefer a quiet shop.. “Tuesdays are less crowded,” says one employee, adding that it’s also the day the weekly promotions are set up, and the shelves are usually well stocked after Monday’s restocking. “Tuesdays and Thursdays are the quietest days,” says another employee, recommending these days not only for grocery shopping, but also to avoid the crowds.
For those looking to take advantage of promotions, Wednesday is a key day. Many brands, such as Leclerc, launch their special offers on this day. In addition, it is a day when the shelves are generally well stocked after the restocking at the beginning of the week. “On Wednesday, I am 99% sure to have everything I am looking for, because it is the day when we receive the most merchandise,” says one employee.
