Here are the prepared changes in the Council of Ministers. The new head of parliament is clear

At a meeting between the DB and the PP this morning, the goal was set to announce a coalition agreement by December 3, 2021 (Friday), when the first sitting of the National Assembly will take place.

This is clear from a letter to the DSB leadership, which Tribune.bg has.

It calls on party leaders to push for support for the government.

Dear members of the IP,

In connection with the acceleration of the negotiation process for the formation of a government by We continue the change, we appeal to you to help the National leadership and the party chairman to decide on support and participation in the government.

This morning a meeting was held between the Chairman of the Council of Democratic Bulgaria and Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev, at which, surprisingly, given the dynamics of negotiations so far, the goal was to announce a coalition agreement by December 3, 2021 (Friday), when will be the first sitting of the National Assembly.

In view of the dynamics of the processes and the forthcoming meeting of the parliamentary group of Democratic Bulgaria, scheduled for tomorrow, it is not possible to organize and hold a meeting of the DSB Executive Committee with quality discussion, even online.

For these reasons, we ask you to state your position in writing and send it by 12 noon tomorrow.

It is proposed that the Speaker of the National Assembly be on a rotating basis with a term of office of 1 year for each of the parties participating in the government, with Cornelia Ninova initially elected.

The following structure of the Council of Ministers is proposed:

· Prime Minister

– The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency is transferred to the Council of Ministers.

Deputy Prime Minister

– The Executive Forest Agency of the Ministry of Health and the Directorate of the National Service for Nature Protection of the Ministry of Environment and Water are transferred to the Council of Ministers.

Minister of Finance

– The Central Coordination Unit of the Council of Ministers is transferred to the Ministry of Finance.

– The Executive Agency “Certification Audit of European Agricultural Funds” from the Ministry of Health is transferred to the Ministry of Finance.

Minister of the Interior

Minister of Regional Development and Public Works

Minister of Labor and Social Policy

Defense Minister

Minister of Foreign Affairs

– the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad is transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Council of Ministers.

– The Religions Directorate of the Council of Ministers is transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Minister of Justice

– The Judicial Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Finance is transferred to the Ministry of Justice.

Minister of Education and Science

Minister of Health

Minister of Culture

Minister of Environment and Water

– Eco Anthracite EAD was transferred to the Ministry of Environment and Water by the Ministry of Interior

– to the Ministry of Environment and Water “Ecoengineering” Ltd. from the Ministry of Interior.

Minister of Agriculture

– The State Enterprise “Management and Management of Dams” from the Ministry of Defense is transferred to the Ministry of Health.

Minister of Transport and Communications

– The Road Infrastructure Agency from the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works is transferred to the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Minister of Economy

– The State Agency for Research and Innovation from the Council of Ministers is transferred to the Ministry of Economy.

– the Fund for Financial Instruments in Bulgaria EAD from the Ministry of Finance transferred to the Ministry of Finance.

– the state oil company State Oil Company is closed.

Minister of e-Government

– The State Agency for Electronic Government from the Council of Ministers is transferred to the MEU.

– the Good Governance Directorate of the Council of Ministers is transferred to the MEU.

– The Information Technologies Directorate of MTITC is transferred to MEU.

– The Institute for Public Administration from the Council of Ministers is transferring to MEU.

– The Directorate “Modernization of the Administration” from the Council of Ministers is transferred to the MEU.

– Shared service centers are being set up at the IEM on the basis of the Human Resources, Information Technology, Property Management and Accounting Directorates of all departments.

– Bulgarian Posts EAD from MTITC is transferred to MEU.

– “Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre” from the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works is transferred to MEU.

– The General Directorate “Civil Registration and Administrative Services” of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works is transferred to the MEU.

– the Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice is transferred to the MEU.

For the DB, and in particular the DSB, a package of deputy ministers, regional and deputy regional governors and a range of other senior government positions will be agreed.

Please, if your opinion is to participate in a government – to express your view on whether the DSB should participate with ministers in it and to insist on ministers in certain ministries.

We are also implementing the agreed policies and priorities by sectors from the last round of negotiations.

We will decide whether to hold the present IP on 11-12.12.2021 and we will inform you in the coming days.
