What you should know
- Colombians abroad can start voting as of this Monday, March 7, in advance for the election of representatives to the country’s Senate and Chamber.
- People who registered the citizenship card to participate in the election day from New York and Connecticut will be able to vote at the Colombian Consulate in Manhattan from Monday, March 7 to Saturday, March 12, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. p.m
- For Sunday, March 13, the Colombian community that did not get to vote in advance will be able to do so at the place where they registered their ID. The Consulate in New York enables eight voting stations for that day.

Colombians who registered to elect the new members of Congress must carry the identification card (yellow with holograms).
