However, the creators have now decided to give some information to the waiting audience, because yesterday on the official social media pages of Stranger Things they made a bigger announcement about the series than ever before. In the post, it was confirmed that the final season of the series will premiere in 2025, and the titles of the final episodes were also revealed. Thus, Stranger Things fans can already have some idea of what to expect regarding the conclusion of the mysterious story.
The trailer announcing the episodes also reveals that the plot of the final season will take place in the fall of 1987, which means a time jump of more than a year compared to the previous season, which ended in March 1986. Perhaps they resort to this method in order to adapt to the age of the actors, since the protagonists of the story are no longer children at all, Millie Bobby Brown also got married in the meantime.
It is not yet known why the official announcement was made just now, since the exact date of the premiere is not yet known, but after the announcement of the episodes, another post was published in which the first official photos from the filming of the fifth season of Stranger Thing were shown. A new location, the WSQK radio station, also appears in the photos, but it is not yet known what role it will play in terms of the development of the story. However, the creators managed to get huge interest in the finale of the series again and to make everyone wonder what they can expect in the ending.
