Less than a month before the official presentation of the new Samsung tablets, the technical data sheet of the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus has been shared. It should be equipped with the new Snapdragon 865 Plus.

It’s now official: Samsung will indeed organize a conference on August 5. If there should be question of the future Samsung Galaxy Note 20, Note 20 Ultra and Fold 2, smartphones would not be the only products presented. Indeed, it seems that the Korean manufacturer is also working on two tablets, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus.
If we have already been able to discover the design of the two versions, thanks to the leaks of the OnLeaks leaker, the entire technical sheet was not yet known. It is now done. The SamMobile site, which specializes in news from the Korean manufacturer, has in fact obtained from “reliable sources” the full technical data sheet for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus.
According to the Dutch site, the tablet will take advantage of the latest high-end chip from Qualcomm, presented this Wednesday, Snapdragon 865 Plus. Enough to allow 5G compatibility, but also a little more power than the Snapdragon 865 launched late last year. Alongside the SoC, Samsung would have provided 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage, expandable by microSD card. Regarding autonomy, it would be provided by a 10,090 mAh battery. It seems, however, that the tablet is not supplied with a 25 or 45 W fast charger, but with a less powerful charger, probably 15 W. Like the Samsung Galaxy Note 20, the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus would be launched with a new interface from Samsung, One UI 2.5.
A 2800 x 1752 pixel screen
On the screen side, the Tab S7 Plus should be equipped with a 12.4 inch Amoled panel with a resolution of 2800 x 1752, a screen ratio of 16:10 and a density of 267 pixels per inch . The screen would also be compatible with the S-Pen. It would also be possible to use the stylus remotely with gestures, as was the case on the Galaxy Note 10 for example. The screen would also accommodate a fingerprint reader.
Finally, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus would be equipped with two cameras on the back, a main one of 13 megapixels and an ultra wide angle of 5 megapixels. On the front, it is an 8 megapixel sensor that would be used for selfies or video calls.
We will have to wait a few weeks before the official announcement of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus. It is indeed on August 5 that the Korean manufacturer must officially present it. It will also be an opportunity for the firm to unveil its price, especially in front of its main competitor, theiPad Pro d’Apple.
