Apple is on the offensive. By 2022, a new Mac Mini is planned, updated Airpods Pro – and an iPad Pro with support for wireless charging, Bloomberg writes.
In the latest issue of the Power On newsletter listar Bloombergreportern Mark Gurman all the stuff he thinks Apple will release next year.
More mac computers with Apple Silicon
Mac Pro is currently the only Apple computer that has not been equipped with the manufacturer’s own processors. That will change in 2022, according to Mark Gurman.
He has been in contact with sources close to Apple, who say that new models of the performance machine Mac Pro are to be expected. Bloomberg has previously reported that there may be two models. One is an input model with 20 processor cores and 128 graphics cores, while the worsting variant will offer 40 processor cores and 128 graphics cores.

In addition, Apple plans to update the Mac Mini, Macbook Pro and Macbook Air next year. In the case of the Macbook Air, the computer will have a completely redesigned design and be equipped with Apple’s M2 chip, according to Mark Gurman.
New Apple Watch with more durable screen
Three new Apple Watch models are also expected in the coming year, says Gurman. Among other things, it will be a new variant of the Apple Watch with a more durable screen, intended for “people with an active lifestyle” as it is called.
In addition, we can see an updated version of the simpler watch Apple Watch See, as well as a new model of Apple Watch in its basic version.
It is also said that Apple plans to release a refreshed version of the Airpods Pro during the year.
Cuts the cord to the Ipad
For several years now, the Iphone has supported induction charging. Now the technology may be on its way to Apple’s tablets. First out with the technology will be the iPad Pro, reports Bloomberg. In 2022, a refreshed version of the iPad Air is also expected, but without wireless charging, it seems.
In the Power On newsletter, Mark Gurman also writes that Apple plans to showcase its mentioned vr- and ar-glasses next år, but that it will probably take some time before the headset is released on the market.

The fact that Apple will release the Iphone 14 next autumn is a low odds. A new addition to Apple’s phones, however, will be a 5g version of the Iphone Se, according to Mark Gurman.
