Chinese universities are not Marxist enough, according to the Communist Party leadership. They should do something about it.
This spring, 31 Chinese universities were visited by inspectors from the top party leadership. The aim was to investigate how good the lecturers were at spreading the Communist Party’s ideology to their students.
The result was disappointing, according to inspectors.
