Rosary de Marshall or Hercules absent from the KPK summons as a witness in the bribery corruption case handling cases at the Supreme Court (MA). The KPK confirmed that it would recall Hercules.
Head of KPK Reporting Unit Ali Fikri said that during this first examination, Hercules had not been able to fulfill the summons of KPK investigators. So, the KPK will reschedule the summons for an examination of Hercules.
“Of course it will be rescheduled regarding the examination of the person concerned, along with other witnesses,” said Ali Fikri when confirmed, Tuesday (17/1/2023).
Ali said that the statement from Hercules himself was needed by KPK investigators to clarify the investigation of the case being handled. Hercules is believed to be able to complete the evidence for the suspects, Supreme Court Justices Sudrajad Dimyati and Gazalba Saleh.
Previously it was reported that the KPK summoned Rosario de Marshall alias Hercules. Hercules will be examined as a witness in the bribery case in the handling of cases at the Supreme Court (MA) for the suspected Chief Justice Sudrajad Dimyati.
“Today (Tuesday, 17/1) at the KPK’s Red and White building, the investigation team scheduled a summons for witness Rosario de Marshall (Hercules) as an expert at PD Pasar Jaya,” said Head of KPK Reporting Unit Ali Fikri in his statement, Tuesday (17/1 ).
Apart from Hercules, the KPK examined two other witnesses. They are Sabias Rangku Osan as an employee of Bank BCA and Judhi Watsu Decyana as a private party. But Ali has not explained in detail regarding the examination.
This case started with a red-handed operation (OTT) that was carried out by the KPK in the Supreme Court on September 21, 2022. During the OTT which was carried out in Jakarta and Semarang, the KPK then named 10 people as suspects.
Of these, including the Supreme Court judge Sudrajad Dimyati. Then it was from here that the bribery case in handling cases at the Supreme Court began until it developed and targeted another Supreme Court justice, namely Gazalba Saleh.
