Winter workshop – methods of moderation
Voluntary or political work always means work in groups and committees. Meetings and working groups not only coordinate tasks, solve problems and pass on information, they also fundamentally influence everyone’s motivation and commitment.
The use of communication technologies can help me, as the session leader, to organize the session process in such a way that all participants are motivated and participate.
In the seminar we get to know different methods and practice using them. We always keep an eye on which target group we are working with, which topics need to be worked on and how much time we have for the work process.

2G: Access to face-to-face seminars of the educational institutions is only granted to those who
- has a positive Corona-PCR or antibody test that is older than 28 days but not older than 6 months; in the case of a positive PCR test that is older than six months, evidence of a vaccination at least two weeks in the past must also be provided (recovered) or
- can provide evidence of a complete vaccination with an active substance approved in the EU (two weeks after the last prescribed vaccination dose) (vaccinated persons)
