2. Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented drink made from black tea and sugar using bacteria and yeast. Then fermented for 8-12 days.

This drink can be found in China, Russia, Korea and Japan. Kombucha has a sour taste and a pungent aroma. Lately, kombucha has become a trend for healthy drinks and is created with a variety of flavors, because it has a variety of benefits for the body.

3. Coconut water

Another drink that is effective in dealing with digestive problems is coconut water. The content of coconut water includes antibacterial substances, antioxidants, electrolytes, vitamin C, to calcium.

4. Turmeric Drink

Turmeric is commonly used by Indonesians as a spice for traditional dishes and drinks. Turmeric is one of the ingredients for cooking curry, yellow rice, and others. Herbal turmeric tamarind is also one that is commonly found in Indonesia.

If you consume turmeric drinks, intestinal health will be maintained and digestion will run smoothly. This is because, turmeric contains curcumin which can stimulate the gallbladder to produce bile which helps improve digestion.

5. Ginger tea

This one spice is known to be rich in benefits. You can mix ginger mixed with water and tea

Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the symptoms of many digestive conditions, such as acid reflux, bloating and dyspepsia.

Rhyan Geiger, as a dietitian, also explained that ginger is very good for helping the body’s digestion. In addition, ginger has properties to maintain the immune system so that it is not susceptible to disease.
