A 54-year-old man has just appeared before the Montpellier court for the crime of bribing a minor over the age of 15, reports Free lunch. The facts date back to 2019.
His stepdaughter, 16 at the time, had filed a complaint against him after receiving messages with a sexual connotation. In particular, a video showing the girl’s mother having sex with another man.
In police custody, this father allegedly justified this broadcast on the grounds that he was trying to show his daughter-in-law “her mother’s infidelities”. This video, however, is one of a long list of biased messages sent to the young girl, including questions about her tastes in libertine clubs.
The individual was sentenced to one year in prison suspended for five years and registration in the files of sex offenders (Fijais), our colleagues indicate.
