The Departmental House of Autonomy (MDA), la Departmental House for the Disabled (MDPH) and the Departmental Service of Autonomy East (SDA Est), previously located in the Malbosc district in Montpellier, gather in the new Alco 2 building (1350, rue d’Alco) still in Montpellier.
A move that is already effective which now allows all requests to be made in one place. However, due to the health crisis, physical reception centers remain closed to the public.
Nevertheless, the services of the MDA remain mobilized for all Hérault residents and continue the examination and evaluation of cases. Telephone reception continues to be provided on 04 67 67 69 30 from Monday to Friday (except Thursday afternoon) from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The SDA Est provides telephone reception from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at 04 67 67 40 00.

The closure of physical reception is also maintained due to the constraints of the health crisis linked to Covid 19. Telephone reception is provided by the departmental autonomy services (SDA) from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
