The Hérault CAF continues to develop its activities and launches a new recruitment campaign on the job of User Service Advisor (Csu). In fact, in 2020, CAF de l’Hérault hired no less than 180 people (regardless of the type of contract), including 35 job creation.

But what is it all about? To inform its potential candidates, CAF has carried out this little video who will explain the basics of the trade to you.
As you have just seen, the first point of contact for beneficiaries on the phone, the service advisor is a real guide. He advises, guides and supports beneficiaries in their procedures and requests for social benefits.
The asset that makes all the difference? He enjoys giving explanations on many subjects and, as a good teacher, demonstrates listening, clarity and patience with all audiences.
The most of the profession: A profession at the heart of new technologies and digital developments. Family allowances are very regularly up to date. The most curious like to discover them and, even more, to promote them to the public.
