This Sunday, October 30th at noon, a climber was treated by the fire brigade after a fall from a cliff in Saint-Jean-de-Buèges.
A climber, in his fifties, fell from ten meters onto the cliff of Saint-Jean-de-Buèges. The village, north of Montpellier, is known among other things for its climbing routes. Victim injured his ankle after hitting the wall.
The firefighters of the sector and the specialists of the GMP (Perilous Environment Group) are in the process of intervening to secure the transport of the victim and his care in the hospital. The Dragon 34 helicopter was called in to evacuate the climber due to difficult access.
