As APE reports, in Lenda, a tourist who was allegedly riding a bicycle, was in danger of being swept away while trying to cross a road that had turned into a torrent due to the heavy rain. According to the deputy governor of Heraklion, Nikos Syrigonakis, all the agencies involved are on alert, in order to intervene in case of need.
