By virtue of Section 15 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 (2017), in conjunction with Section 25 and Section 27 of the Ministry of Defense Act of 2008 and Section 5 of the Military Ranks Act B.E. 2479 (1936) and its amendments.
Her Majesty the Queen therefore graciously appointed a female Colonel Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Prince Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya position Army Specialist and bestowed the rank of Major General
