Bicycle manufacturer Hepha and insurance provider and Alteos are breaking new ground with an all-inclusive insurance package to support the trade.
Together with Alteos, Hepha is presenting the new Fullcare program, an offer that is intended to protect retailers’ margins. “Although Hepha is known for an outstanding price-performance ratio, we also see a need to respond to the current market situation. However, we have actively decided against reducing prices – with the exception of discontinued and special models,” says Bernd Lesch, Managing Director for Sales and Business Development.
“We have therefore included a 3-year all-inclusive insurance policy in our promotional prices under the motto Fullcare.” This means that specialist retailers do not have to accept any loss of margin, regardless of when the Hepha e-bikes are sold. “We are offering retailers a valuable opportunity to differentiate themselves in a competitive market. End customers receive real added value: Together with Alteos, we were able to put together an all-round, worry-free package when it comes to insurance coverage,” continues Lesch.
