As a huge fan of Henry Cavill’s portrayal of the DCEU’s Man of Steel and his incredible performance as Geralt of Rivia, this was an extraordinary moment for me. Henry Cavill is famous for being part of PC Master Race, he builds his own PC and is an avid PC player.
On Instagram, Cavill posted a photo of his computer showing that his old computer had been abandoned during the recent heat wave. As an upgrade, Henry Cavill used the brand new NZXT Kraken series, but surprisingly he didn’t pick NZXT fans. The Man of Steel is truly DIY with some Noctua fans known for their amazing performances while running in true silence. Another plus side is that it doesn’t have RGB at all which is great for two LEDs.
Due to years of excessive crossover, and no doubt about the recent heat wave, my AIO cooler decided to ditch me (which is a computer problem for those scratching their heads now). Soooo while replacing it, I decided to upgrade my fan too. This little beauty works quietly and quietly. I still have 2 more on my way to finishing the set, but I got really impatient and just installed the hardware I had.
And for those in the know, don’t worry, that temperature is in the game.
With the settings completely upgraded, Henry reports peak temperatures below 70°C while gaming which is the perfect setting for any PC. Sure, being a PC writer and PC gamer and following Henry for a long time, this is definitely an interesting thing to report. Cavill also has more fans coming to complete his kit as he has room for another Noctua fan in front of the chassis and will also be replacing the rear exhaust fan with the new Noctua Breeze!
