The federal government appointed Henna Virkkunen as Finland’s candidate for membership within the European Fee.

On Thursday, the State Council appointed a licentiate in philosophy Henna Virkkunen as a member candidate for the European Fee.
One commissioner is elected from every EU nation.
Virkkunen has served as an MP in 2007–2014. As well as, he has served as Minister of Training, Minister of Administration and Municipalities, and Minister of Transport and Municipalities. As well as, Virkkuse has held quite a few different public positions and positions of belief.
Virkkunen has been a member of the European Parliament since 2014. Within the Parliament, he has served on the trade, analysis and vitality committee in ITRE and the transport and tourism committee in TRAN.
