The new board of directors is in line with Telkomsel’s digital trifecta strategy
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (SingTel) as shareholders of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), appointed Hendri Mulya Syam as President Director (Director) of Telkomsel. Hendri replaces Setyanto Hantoro, who previously served.
Vice President of Corporate Communications Telkomsel, Denny Abidin, said that not only did he appoint Hendri as President Director, Telkomsel’s shareholders also appointed Mohamad Ramzy as Director of Finance and Risk Management. Ramzy replaces Leonardus Wahyu Wasono.
“Also appointed Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit as Sales Director replacing Hendri Mulya Syam. This decision is effective since May 28, 2021,” said Denny in a press release, Friday (28/5).
Thus, the current composition of Telkomsel’s Board of Directors is as follows:
• President Director: Hendri Mulya Syam
• Director of Finance and Risk Management: Mohamad Ramzy
• Sales Director: Adiwinahyu Basuki Sigit
• Network Director: Nugroho
• Director of Planning & Transformation: Wong Soon Nam
• Director of Information Technology: Bharat Alva
• Marketing Director: Rachel Goh
• Director of Human Capital Management: R Muharam Perbawamukti
The determination of the new composition of Telkomsel’s Board of Directors, according to Denny, is in line with Telkomsel’s strategy as a digital telecommunications company by developing digital trifecta. Digital trifecta includes digital connectivity, digital platform, and digital services.
