Hong Kong Open 2023 entered the round of 16 on Thursday (14/9), at the Hong Kong Coliseum, Kowloon, Thursday (14/9). A total of 13 Indonesian representatives will compete.
In the men’s doubles number, Indonesia’s representative Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Setiawan face Taiwan’s representatives, Chiu Hsiang Chieh/Yang Ming-Tse

Hendra/Ahsan won the first game 21-19 after falling behind. In the second game, they secured a 21-14 victory.
In the first game, Chiu/Yang started well to lead 3-0. Hendra/Ahsan got closer, but Chiu/Yang kept their distance in the interval, 11-8.
Hendra/Ahsan continued to chase and were only able to equalize the position at 17-17. They then turned around to take game points and won 21-19.
The Daddies took the momentum first to take an early lead in the second game 5-1. They comfortably led until the interval, 11-6.
Hendra/Ahsan continued to go smoothly 19-9 and finally won 21-14.
