“Helpless Man Found Lying in Underpass of Plovdiv Central Station: Woman Calls for Action”

A situation with a man lying in a helpless state by the underpass of the Central Station shocked a Plovdiv woman. She called “Maritsa” to report the problem and ask the authorities to pay attention. Here is what our reader Adriana Gencheva wrote to us:

“Hello! This man has been lying on the underpass of the Central Station in Plovdiv for the second day. He is visibly difficult to move. I am a girl and there is no way to help him physically, I don’t know which institution to turn to. Please post the photo so that man can be helped”.

From now on, the institutions are on the move.
