The digital innovation company “Helmes” will cooperate with the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN), becoming one of the official software development and digitization partners, representatives of “Helmes” inform.
The organizations are committed to long-term strategic cooperation, including the first projects that will help develop personnel management and security application systems.
“This cooperation provides ample opportunities for the existing team and young talents who are still looking for a place to grow their careers,” comments Viesturs Bulāns, executive director of “Helmes Latvia”.
“Two teams are involved in the development of the systems – the Java programming team works with personnel management solutions, while the design team renews the design and user experience of security portals. Both organizations have similar values and are focused on development, which is a solid foundation for successful long-term cooperation.” says “Helmes” partner Tarmo Kīvits.
CERN is an international organization that deals primarily with particle physics research. The members of the organization are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Great Britain, while the associate members are Croatia, India, Latvia, Lithuania, Pakistan, Turkey and Ukraine.
In 2021, the company “Helmes Lavia” worked with a turnover of 7.803 million euros, while the company’s profit was 1.244 million euros.
The company was registered in August 1991, and its share capital is 100,000 euros. The sole owner of “Helmes Latvia” is the Estonian company “Helmes”, but the real beneficiary is Estonian citizen Jāns Pilesārs.
