Today, Hello.be from Turnhout is launching CallGenius on an international scale. The new tool was designed to optimize phone number management in Microsoft Teams for IT administrators.
“Practical experience shows us that companies that have to manage a few hundred to thousands of telephone numbers within Microsoft Teams cannot easily do this within Teams itself. To date, it has been a missing functionality within Microsoft Teams,” explain managers Koen Van Loon and Peter Baterburg. “This means that IT administrators cannot get a clear overview of the numbers and therefore keep Excel sheets to ensure that it is ‘managed’ as much as possible. But they still face a major challenge and they do not have real-time insights. This is a problem that is not only faced in Belgium but worldwide. Calling with Microsoft Teams is integrated in companies all over the world. To solve this bottleneck, we have put all our know-how into CallGenius and are launching it internationally.”
CallGenius synchronizes directly with Teams users within an organization, so IT staff always have real-time information about users, telephone numbers and number blocks. The program can also be fully tailored to the needs of the organization, allowing the information to be managed more accurately and efficiently.
