PrahaIN.cz has been regularly visiting the pages of planned events in recent weeks. We are mainly interested in concerts and other artistic performances. About half of the performers really fight for every visitor. A complete exception is the singer Helena Vondráčková. Interest in her tour is rarely seen.
Vondráčková is now performing on her fifth tour in a row, produced by Agency MM Praha. The first concert took place on March 11 in Třebíč, after which she performed for example in Náchod, Ústí nad Labem, Písek. She also presented herself in Slovakia and Poland.
The autumn part was supposed to start on September 15 in Havlíčková Brod, but due to her injury, it had to be postponed. She performed for the first time on September 22 in Kopřivnice. There are less than a dozen concerts left until the end of the year.
PrahaIN.cz looked at how much interest there is in tickets.
Helena Vondráčková performed in Kopřivnica only a few days after she ended up in the hospital with an injury. A full hall was waiting for her and the audience gave her a roaring welcome. At the end, a long standing ovation and arms full of flowers awaited Helena Vondráčková.
Less than a month later, on Thursday, October 26, the postponed concert took place in Havlíčková Brod. Just 24 hours before the concert, only 28 free tickets were available. The cheapest ones cost 690 crowns, the most expensive 890 crowns.

A day later, on Friday evening, she performed in Česká Lípa. Even there, the dust was gathering after the tickets. A full hall awaited Helena Vondráčková. Less than two days before the event, only fourteen tickets remained to be sold, in the front part of the cultural center there was only one available for 990 crowns, the other thirteen were at the back and cost 790 crowns.

The situation is very similar for concerts in November and December. On November 23, the event will take place in Chomutov, where 33 tickets remain.
In December, there are Christmas concerts as part of the tour. They will take place in Hodonín, Pardubice, Brno and the final concert on the third Sunday of Advent in Prague’s Lucerne.
It is practically sold out in all cities. There are still a few tickets left for Lucerne. But it is a much larger hall than the others and everything will take place in less than two months. However, the tickets are also significantly more expensive.
The first five rows at the podium cost 2,990 crowns and the last one remains. From the fifth row, tickets cost 2,590 crowns, of which there are seven available. From the eleventh row, tickets cost 1,990 crowns. The last rows will cost 990 crowns. They are still free on the balconies and on the parking lot.
The rapid rise of Helena Vondráčková’s career started in April 1964, when she won the Hledám nové talenty singing competition at the Lucerna Palace. Just one year later, she became a golden nightingale.
She has been singing and performing for almost sixty years and there is still a huge interest in her.
“It’s unbelievable how she puts all the other singers in her pocket with her voice, grace, intelligence,” wrote one of the fans. “Mrs. Helenka Vondráčková. That’s talent. Beautiful voice, repertoire, taste in clothes. Great discipline,” wrote another.
