Because after her bath, the 53-year-old will certainly feel like an ice sculpture.
Helena is visibly concentrated as she crouches from a standing position and dives into the cold water. Was the mother of a daughter previously in the sauna? Incidentally, ice bathing is a popular sport in her home country of Denmark.
