Helena Bergström on aging
Helena Bergström recently turned 60, but that doesn’t seem to worry the star.
– Somewhere it is quite liberating. I have been doing it for over 40 years and it has given me both tools and knowledge. Age allows you to embrace it, says Helena Bergström The evening paper.
And Helena has no plans to put her career on the shelf. On the contrary, she thinks it is extra important to show off in front of the camera now.
– For me, it feels more important than ever to appear in front of the camera and show the wrinkles. I’m not doing botox and stuff, but I’m at the age I am. It’s clear that it’s a bit tough sometimes to see how you change in terms of appearance. But then I usually think of Marie Göranzon who is the most beautiful thing in front of a camera. That’s how I want to be, says Helena to Aftonbladet.
