(Oslo newspaper) It was earlier in the autumn that pub inspectors from the Swedish Trade Agency visited the popular nightclub at Rådhusplassen, Heidi’s Bier Bar.
The pub, known for its wild “after-ski” parties and Oktoberfest, is a popular spot for Oslo locals and visitors, but on September 29 this year, some the guests on the dance floor.

The man was naked
As the clock approached 02.30, the investigators from the Norwegian Trade Agency saw a woman who appeared, according to their report, as follows:
– Infamous about her own body and how she was “in her own world”, when she was taken out of the black bra she was wearing by another male guest on the dance floor. This caused 1 person to stand with no clothes on the upper body, and he had to put his bra back on.
They also believe that “the woman had sad eyes and hung with her head down to the floor”.

According to the investigators, the woman who was clearly drunk was allowed to stay at the bar, so she was not shown in time, as required by the rules of the bar.
– People who are obviously under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to enter the pub. If someone should be visibly under the influence of drugs at your pub, you need to start showing them immediately, the report continues to read.

It can be punished
Now Heidi’s Bier Bar has received notice from the Swedish Trade Agency that the event may have consequences. They risk being awarded two points. If you receive twelve or more points within two years, your liquor license will be revoked for at least one week.

Jonas Johansen is the general manager of Bier Bar Heidi in Oslo. He says the pub will appeal against points from the Swedish Business Administration.

This is not the first time Heidi’s Bier Bar has had trouble with the Norwegian Trade Agency. According to the organization’s record, they are listed with three dots from previous rule violations.
Disagreement
The general manager of Heidi’s Bier Bar in Oslo, Jonas Johansen, has the following to say about the September event:
– We understand that the Norwegian Business Administration has an important job, but we do not agree with their decision to break the alcohol law.
He says that neither his colleagues nor the security team noticed that the woman was naked, and he believes that they did nothing wrong in this case. So they are going to appeal against the decision of the Norwegian Business Administration.
– We will complain because we believe that the report does not correspond to the situation as we saw it, concludes Johansen.
