The legal battle has begun. Heidi Klum, 47 years old, urgently appealed to the court to be able to take her four children to Germany. Ex-husband Seal (aka Henry Olusegun Adeola Samuel) opposes the boys’ trip with their mother for fear of the coronavirus in Europe, and the model who has to leave to record the new episodes of the program Next Top Model, where he has the role of judge, he does not want to leave without his children. For this he turns to the court, so that he can change the agreements of the shared custody. Contacted by People, the blonde Heidi confirmed the situation. According to the magazine, Seal had no objection to the trip in April, only to change her mind at the last minute, putting her in difficulty, as she has to register in the fall.

He has little time with his children
The time Henry spends with his children is very little, sporadic at best, Klum said in his statement to the magazine, plus the boys are used to spending more time with her. Recall that at the beginning of the lockdown in Europe (we are talking about March) and you she had taken a swab because she suspected she was positive (then the test was negative), the boys stayed at home with her, as she herself showed then in her Instagram stories and posting a photo with her children in April (all with masks). As for Seal’s fear of the pandemic, Heidi pointed out that she knows how behave and protect children however, they are not at risk with the right precautions. The minors in question are: Leni of 16 (had by Flavio Briatore and adopted by Seal after marriage), Henry, 14, Johan, 13 and Lou, 10. Leni, the eldest daughter, also filed a statement with the court asking to be able to follow her mother along with her brothers.

The change of location
Typically, the Next Top Model program is registered in Los Angeles to facilitate Klum with the children, but with the epidemic the German troupe has problems entering the United States, so you have to work in Germany.
