Hedstigen: FCK’s path to the round of 16 in the Champions League

Four years after the victory over FC Copenhagen in Parken, Malmö FF is preparing for a comeback in the European qualifiers.
FCK is now higher up in the football hierarchy and plays this evening in the round of 16 in the Champions League against Manchester City.

When Malmö FF and FC Copenhagen met in the Europa League 2019, MFF took four points in the head-to-head meetings and won the group. Since then, the Danes have taken great strides forward, while Malmö FF have had difficulty reaching the same level again.
