EL NUEVO DIARIO, NEW YORK.- An intense storm that affects New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island) since last Saturday could impact the northern states of NY and New Jersey on Monday, areas where tens of thousands of Dominicans reside.
The National Weather Service warned that the storm would cause from intense winds to combination with rain
In the Big Apple the temperature has dropped since Sunday by 35 degrees Fahrenheit, and will remain that way for much of the week, the same as in the New Jersey metropolitan area.
“As a result of this storm system, cold temperatures are ushered in throughout the Northeast and the Mid-Atlantic,” it is reported.
The meteorological authorities have warned that this winter will have 26 snow storms in the United States.
