Al-Marsad Newspaper: Jeddah city witnessed heavy rain this Thursday evening amid warnings from relevant authorities to avoid leaving the house except in necessity and to avoid torrential stream areas.
The National Meteorological Center predicts that most regions of the Kingdom will witness a moderate to heavy rain condition from today to next Saturday accompanied by torrential rain, hail, downdrafts of active speed, blowing up dust, decreased horizontal visibility and increased waves in coastal cities.
The effect of the rainy situation on Friday and Saturday includes the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, “The Holy Capital, Jeddah, Rabigh, Taif, Al-Jumum, Al-Kamil, Bahra, Khulais, Al-Laith, Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Ardiyat, Adham, Maysan, Al-Khurma, Al-Mawiyah, Rania” and Al-Baha region “Al-Baha, Baljurashi, Al-Mandaq, Al-Qura, Qilwa, Al-Makhwah, Al-Aqiq, Bani Hassan, Al-Hajrah and Ghamid Al-Zanad and the region of Asir “Al-Namas, Balqarn, Al-Majardah, Mahayel, Bariq, Tanumah, Al-Barak and Bisha”.
