Yes, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has issued a heavy rain advisory for all of Seoul as of today (22nd) at 6pm.
Accordingly, access to 20 streams in the city, including Cheonggyecheon, Uicheon and Seongbukcheon, was restricted.
In addition, one of the disaster prevention facilities, Banpo Rainwater Pumping Station, is in operation to prevent damage from heavy rain.
In preparation for any possible damage, the city of Seoul requested related departments and affiliated organizations to manage safety in vulnerable areas, and entered the first phase of emergency work.
