According to the Meteorological Center, rain and hail will continue in the coming days in some areas of Saudi Arabia. The rain will continue in the eastern province and coastal areas of the Tabuk region. The Meteorological Center also warned that there is a possibility of strong winds in the Asir and Jizan regions. Turaif was the coldest region in the country on the last day.
Due to the continuous heavy rains in recent days, damage has occurred in various parts of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia’s Directorate General of Civil Defense has formed committees to assess the impacts. The management also announced that the committees would begin accepting compensation claims from those who suffered from torrential rains and floods in Mecca.
