Suherman, a resident of Bangunjaya, said heavy rains on Wednesday afternoon caused Yatimi’s home to flood. Aside from the rain, the water channel behind Yatimi’s house was clogged.
“The water channel just behind the house is clogged with various current-carrying waste,” he said.
