‘Heavy rain advisory’ for 8 areas together with Goyang, Paju, Uijeongbu, and Gimpo in Gyeonggi Province, Ganghwa in Incheon, and 5 islands within the Western Ocean.

As of 10 pm immediately, the Korea Meteorological Administration issued a heavy rain advisory for eight areas within the Gyeonggi area: Goyang, Paju, Uijeongbu, Gimpo, Yangju, Pocheon, Dongducheon, and Yeoncheon.

Whereas the heavy rain advisory beforehand issued for the fifth area within the West Sea remains to be in impact, the Korea Meteorological Administration additionally issued a heavy rain advisory for Ganghwa, Incheon at 10 o’clock.

A heavy rain advisory is issued when 3-hour rainfall is predicted to exceed 60 mm or when 12-hour rainfall is predicted to exceed 110 mm.
