“Six unprofitable large format outlets will be closed,” said the management of PT Matahari Department Store in a statement quoted from Kontan on Sunday (29/11/2020).
The outlets that will be closed are located in several regions. The details, four outlets will be closed in Java, one outlet in Bali, and one outlet in Sulawesi.
Of the 147 outlets that were maintained, the management monitored 23 outlets. Review and discussion steps are also carried out to improve performance.
