In the wake of the new security setback in Ain El-Hilweh camp, a visit scheduled for the Minister of Health, Firas Abyad, to Sidon Governmental Hospital, located at the entrance of the camp, was postponed to inspect the damage caused to the hospital building as a result of the clashes.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Samadi, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director General of the hospital, indicated that the shrapnel of shells and bullets that hit the building penetrated the windows and doors of some departments and led to the shattering of their glass.
