Players like short breaks
Hansa’s defender Damian Rossbach thinks the short break between games is good: “It’s good that after such a shitty game you can make amends straight away a few days later. Anything is possible away from home. We showed that in Aue,” said the defender. The balance in the 3rd league between both teams is even. There were eight meetings in total. The Mecklenburgers won three times, the Saarlanders won three times and the encounter ended in a draw twice. The last duel between the two clubs for the time being dates back to January 2021. There the Cog won 4-2 and was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga at the end of the season.
