A serious accident happened on Komatevsko Shose Blvd in Plovdiv earlier in the evening. The BMW hit and literally went around a pole, witnesses said.

“Komatevsko after Vaptsarov, station side, closed, brutal accident at the turn … I hope they are alive,” wrote Lyubomir Balabanov. According to Ivanka Dimitrova, the man next to the driver is alive, but he could not get out of the vehicle. “We are praying for the driver,” the woman wrote.

Iva Valchanova published photos from the event. “Everyone should see and think at least for a little bit in the next minute of the fast pace what can happen. We live in the area and every night it is scary at the junction of Komatevski and on Hadji Dimitar Blvd – speed sections,” she writes. According to her, the sound of the impact at high speed was scary .

The emergency services told “24 Chasa” that the condition of those who were injured is still unclear, as the team has not finished their work. However, a team from the Forensic Laboratory is also at the scene, which means there is likely a victim. There is no official information about the event.
