[Hearthstone] Map Experience – Support

Hello, I have done several daily missions and a weekly one, in addition to hero challenges in a couple of games and the experience to level up the season has brought me up to level 29 where I have seen that the next level (30) requires 4050 of experience, however, I go to the prize map and it tells me that I’m still halfway through level 28 and of course I don’t have the prize or the experience that belongs to me.
Could this fault be solved urgently?
In this way, it is almost impossible to pretend to reach level 50 and complete the pass, even as I am a daily player who does all the missions.
